Install guide

How to put each package on a Windows or a Linux host — the package manager lines for Debian, Fedora, Arch and Alpine, the winget, Chocolatey and PowerShell equivalents, how to check the install worked, and how to take it off again. The same commands work on a range host, where the package manager is simulated and nothing is downloaded or executed. Each package also has its own page, linked from the catalog.
