CYBRARY Terms · Chat apps
Slack and Teams Apps Terms
These terms govern the Forge apps for Slack and Microsoft Teams and are accepted when an administrator installs the app. They supplement the Forge Terms of Use and your Cybrary agreement.
Version 1.0 · Effective October 4, 2026
Who installs it
The Forge app is installed by a workspace administrator, who confirms the workspace is authorized to use it. Slack's and Microsoft's own terms continue to apply to your use of those platforms.
What the app does
The app posts exercise updates and responds where it is addressed. It only proposes actions — a person applies and saves. Chat messages, integrations and automation never grant approval for any testing activity.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for who is in the channels the app is added to, for linking your own account, and for how your workspace uses exercise content.
Removal
An administrator can remove the app at any time. On removal, access is revoked immediately and associated data is deleted within 14 business days (see the chat apps privacy notice).
Availability and support
The app is provided as is, as part of Forge under your Cybrary agreement. Help: support@cybrary.it and the Forge support page.
