Slack and Teams Apps Support

Install the app
A workspace administrator adds Forge from the Slack App Directory or the Teams store and approves the requested scopes. The app only works where it is added; it does not read other channels.
Link your account
The app offers a signed, single-use link that connects your chat identity to your Forge account, so your exercise actions are yours. You can remove the link at any time from your Forge settings.
The bot is not responding
Check that the app is still installed in the workspace, that you are mentioning it or messaging it directly, and that your Forge account is linked. If it still does not respond, email us with the workspace, channel and time.
Remove the app
An administrator can remove the app from the workspace at any time. Access is revoked immediately, and the installation record and the workspace's identity and channel links are deleted within 14 business days.
